𓆝 ⋆.By commissioning me, you agree to the following:✧ I can decline a commission for any reason if I am uncomfortable or unable.
✧ Please provide full references for the character. This may include character design, poses, clothing, color palette, mood board, etc. The more the better!𓆝PAYMENTS𓆟
✧ Payment is upfront and non-refundable. If you are only able to pay partially for any reason, the commission will remain in the sketch phase until a full payment has been made.
✧ if a request hasn’t been paid for but has been discussed and accepted, you will be placed on a waitlist until a payment has been made. Please be clear on when you would be available to pay. If a week has passed since an invoice has been sent and hasn’t yet been paid, you would then be removed from the waitlist unless previously discussed.
✧ a refund can be made if no work has begun.𓆝REVISIONS𓆟
✧ Revisions during the sketch phase can be made without additional costs. After the sketch has been approved color changes can be made, but additional revisions such as poses, details, design, background etc, will come with an additional charge ranging from $3 - $15 depending on the revision.𓆝DEADLINES AND DELIVERY𓆟
✧ A commission can take from 7-14 days depending on the complexity and size. Communication and updates will be provided to you frequently on where I’m at in the process and an estimate on when it will be completed.
✧ You'll receive a sketch for approval and can request changes.
✧ I'll send a low-resolution final piece through DM, then the original quality version by email.𓆝INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS𓆟
✧I reserve the right to post the final product for my portfolio, but you can request for me not to share the piece.𓆝USE (with credit)𓆟
